General Grievous/Dooku

By Lian, in Star Wars: Destiny

Hi, I need a hand to make this deck, you have advice to give me something I think we have the but I need your help also to find out if a feasible and synergy

remain outside Isolation/abandon all hope/ use the force probably useful, how do I fit it all?

Honestly, if your Holocron's are working you won't need It Binds All Things. Might not need Enrage, either.

Lightsabers benefit a LOT from binds all things. Also, gives you a way if you run up against control to drop the upgrades anyway. I do Recommend trading the 2 Personal Escorts in for 2 No Mercy.

After playing with Holocron's a few times now I am of the opposite opinion. If you get out your binds all things you won't need your Holocron's.

You will if you wanna put Force Choke on GG ;-)

Having played this deck a few times greives goes down fast. Generally speaking I have dealt like I don't have time to mess around with a Holocron on him, it's just not consistently fast, would much rather have that force chock on duko to make him a bigger threat and more useful once greivous leaves the game.

Need more games in but as of right now I kind of want to pull my Holocron's out of my decks, it's upside is great but it rarely happens, most games it's just a dead card to toss for rerolls. And when I do get it out it turns into wasted actions praying for the special die that never comes.

I don't really like All In, Intimidate, Personal Escort, or Force Training. Also if you are going to use Holocron then I recommend more targets, like adding 2 Mind Probe and another Force Throw.

As several people have already said, GG can die quickly, so in my build I use a lot of dice manipulation to keep him alive. You don't need to go crazy on boosting his damage, because his dice already hit hard. So I would recommend adding the 2 Use the Force, 2 Feel Your Anger, 2 Isolation, as well as adding a second deflect. Hidden in Shadow is another possibility to just stay alive longer.

I've posted my list if you want to compare... http://swdestinydb.com/deck/view/73782

It needs to be published to be public.

Oh DUH...thx! Fixed it. Didn't have my coffee this morning ;)

Rules question-

If GG has an opponent's light saber and GG gets killed, does the saber go back to the opponent or Dooku?

I'd say Dooku.

Rules ref refers to 'the controller' when it comes to redeploy, and the 'controller' is the player with the die or card in their play area.

Yep, seems correct. It's stays with the controller.

I've found that the Holocron and Battlefield that gives lets you remove an upgrade to put back into your hand for 1 resource is an OUTSTANDING COMBO! 1 Free resource every round....and with underworld connections....say hello to my little friend! (AT-ST or Crimelord)
