The list is ok with going second, and may even prefer it. Chose navigational Hazards over Sensor net to help with dealing more damage to my opponent, and all but 1 ship can easily dodge anything. But Sensor nets would still be crazy good with 6 activations and 2 VCXs. And then Jamming barrier—I can extend that line however I want to help deal with the fragility of my ships. I could even use Squadron commands after my opponent has shot and moved to reposition the line so that it doesn't affect my return fire, and then use the other VCX to put it back in place after I've shot. And only a loon would choose Opening Salvo against a list like this (or someone hoping to one shot double evade ships from long range).
Setting up a trap with slow rolling to force an opponent to move into range of multiple ships (or one at a time), and then following up with a Nav token, command, and Entrapment speed boost to get out of there is how I envision the list working. Might be crazy to only have medium range ships,
