What if that "big announcement" for early December is the delivery of this AP?

I don't see what they could/would possibly announce. Any ideas? I'm seriously blank on what it could be that wouldn't just be announced through normal channels.

I bet they will announce the next cycle, which will be the last.

Next cycle seem realistic. About the ones who say the end of the world (next cycle) is tomorrow I have no other choice that wait with confidence since they don't have any evidence.

Besides the next cycle, what are the other realistic possibilities?

-Revised Core (like Netrunner recently got)

-2nd edition (like GoT)

-Some kind of new licensing agreement that allows them access to other periods (.e. First Age)

I canlt really think of any other possibilites that seem likely.....any other ideas?

It could be another product to fill the space of the deluxe, thing that happens outside the cycle. It could be idea about organized play (either new specific content, rules to replace face the shadow or something totally different).

But I'm pretty confident that is about the next cycle.

I really want Open the Armory by Fellowship night. If it doesn't "ship" this week I doubt it will happen.

At this rate we're on track for the one year anniversary for the announcement article for this AP.

I hope one day they tell us what was going on that caused such a big delay.

Yeah, I really wish they would aknowledge whatever the **** happened here and gave us a proper explanation about this. But this is FFG.

lore hobbit hero? shouldnt be bilbo, nor pippin; I doubt is Merry. Bets? Tom bombadil anyone? or maybe a FFG created character

There are two Merries and two Pippins, but only one each of Frodo, Sam, and Bilbo. Since it's a Lore hero that rules out Bilbo, and Frodo is a more thematic fit for Lore than Sam (Sam would make a fine spirit hero, though).

Of course, it could be a FFG creation. Or a more obscure hobbit. Since we already have a Grima hero in Lore, why not Lobelia Sackville-Baggins?

For me, the unsourced rumor in banania's post. Good enough to speculate on, given that FFG hasn't seen fit to given any new information about this pack since last January.

It'd ruin my naming scheme. I can distinguish between LoPippin and SpPippin easily enough, but two different LoBilbo? I suppose the threat would be different, so they could just be Bilbo9 and Bilbo6.
