Read the SPA again.

It allows you to take a free ACTION Evade when you Cloak or decloack. Because you are taking an Evade action that means you can NOT also take the Evade Action off your tool bar for a second token.

Sometimes we all miss things the first go around and/or have small memory lapses if we haven't looked at something recently enough. If only the SPA was as simple as simply giving you an Evade token so it could also take the Evade action to go with it on those turns you decloak but still want to maximize defense; would make the SPA a lot more appealing although as an "action" it could be used to trigger PtL for even more pre-move movement.

The fact that its an action also leaves it open to stressblocking.

Ran 2 generics as a glass cannon distraction and faced a stressbot. Didnt get my evade token quite a few times because i was stressed. Bleh. (still won because they did their job: scared the piss out of the jousters while Ryad flanks)
