So i pick up WI and the two expan. I've found that some ofmthe cards are differnt in size and not just one size diff. Im finding 3-4 diff sizes maybe as mynewt as mm or 2 but the cards are not flush in the deck. any one else having thid problem .

Yeah, I think we've all come across it. For me, the differences are so minor I don't really notice them, but I can see requiring people to use sleeves in tournaments and stuff (or at least major tournaments I don't require them in my tourneys). But I like the back design so much I don't really want to sleeve my cards yet, even though I know they are geting worn down.
