So i've been collecting Armada and amassing my Imperial and Rebel fleets for the past six months. I got into this game because there was a massive sale, i'm a huge Star Wars Nerd, and despite some scale choices this game has the best models for this franchise.

Now i've invested heavily without ever having played a proper match against another human being. I have sparred against myself to get familiar with the rules but for me at least that never feels right. It may seem like a risk but I fully expected that even if I ended up hating this game I would be saved by the fact that I just love the models so much. I finally played my first game yesterday and I have to say I absolutely LOVE Armada.

Now my friend who I played against seems interested in playing more, not sure yet, but i'm the one with the ships and since we live apart I might have to make a couple lists so I don't have to bring every ship over when I go to their house.

Now does anyone know lists for both Imperials and Rebels that are relatively evenly matched and fun to play? Since for the moment i'm making the list I don't want to one side a massive advantage over the other side. I am coming up with lists myself, this isnt me trying to avoid work, but as i'm unfamilliar with good list building I wonder if anyone had pointers.
