I feel like this list is aiming to be everything, and should probably specialize more. As it is, it's messy.

I see Vader, so I feel like this wants to be the Empire's all-out offense fleet. To get value out of such an expensive commander, you should back him up with plenty of combat ships. Yet, you've got two unthreatening Gozantis (the cruisers no less, not even the assault variant that has a red die Vader could reroll) and an unthreatening Interdictor (the suppression refit no less, not even the combat variant). I think you'll see enemies float through the ISD's front arc, take a hit but keep on going, and then never meaningfully interact with the rest of your fleet.

Then there's a Rhymer ball, but it's kind of an anemic one. It's pretty much the strict minimum that a Rhymer ball could contain, with only one escort, two bombers to benefit from Rhymer, and no source of Intel. I don't think you'll get much work done. They have middling synergy with BCCs, of which you have two, because they throw two blue dice vs ships. Consider if you replaced two TIE defenders with four TIE bombers. That's four black dice with four rerolls, instead of four blue dice with two rerolls. Which one is better? I don't think Valen has any role here, and you'd be better off with another escort.

Or better yet, turn this into two fleets. Put the BCCs and Rhymer ball into a dedicated bomber fleet and put Vader and his Death Squadron of Arquitens and star destroyers into a scary brawler fleet. A closer fleet to finish off wounded Rebels that includes an Interdictor is a good idea somewhere in the team, so if that's Vader then he can have the Interdictor.

The biggest issue is that you really can't specialize much off the bat for CC, so I went somewhat multi-role with the intentions of spending points to mold it against the Rebels as the campaign progresses. Leaning too far to one role or another could lead to the fleet being ineffective later on, rather than shaping as a result of the campaign to combat the evolving rebel threats.
