Now I realize this is ridicules but Wonderbread brought something up I hadn't considered.

If Biggs dies and Rieekan is your commander can other escorts continue to send him damage until the end of the round. I say no but it has been argued that you would still have to attack Biggs. I think the difference is that while you would be forced to attack him you can't deal him damage.

You can continue to deal him damage

You just don't track said damage;

You still need to go all the way through the damage point - until the point its excepted. The first and only excepted part of the attack flowchart, effectively, is being unable to track the damage he takes...

Essentially, If Biggs were mandated at not being able to "Soak" Damage while a Rieekan Zombie, then *NO ESCORT SQUADRON* could take damage while a Rieekan Zombie, and the very concept of Rieekan Zombies for Squadrons would be redefined....
