Is anyone else in this miserable scenario? I know I could order online but I'm remaining loyal to my FLGS and patiently awaiting the shipment. I seem to be more patient than the Emperor haha. Anyone else's FLGS end up on the naughty list?
Still No Wave 5 :-(
I got one of each on 23 Dec from my FLGS.
I went back in yesterday for an extra Imp CL and fighter pack but they have sold out of all new stuff and it may be several weeks. So I bought the fighters online along with some Feldherr Wave 3&4 foam. I'll wait for the Kitten.
Anybody order from Kingwood Games? I have a big preorder from there and it's not shipping yet.
I ordered my models from Bigorbitcards from UK. Package was lost between RM and GSL. No one know where it is... ![]()
I just got mine last night. Xmas really screwed up the shipping time.
I feel just awful for anyone who still can't get their wave 5 stuff yet. This wave is a really interesting one with some amazing new ships and upgrades. The squadrons too, are awesome, but I'm less impressed because I hate squadrons. Still though, great wave!
It'll be worth it in the end folks! Hang in there!
I ordered from boardgameextras (UK). Then again my local store doesn't really carry Armada so..

Same. They got my order to the very top of Scotland for the 23rd. Was very pleased.
I had an order through the FFG store but it didn't kick until this past week (they were on vacation). I did preorder some stuff through my FLGS, so I have some new wave 5 stuff, but not the haul I was expecting. I did by the FLGS stuff to increase the size of that hull, so I can field the 6x TIE/D or VT that I desire ![]()
Man that sucks!
My big problem right now is just stopping myself from buying MORE...
I still enjoy the Dog and Pony show that FFG and Asmodee put on when they announced the merger about how they're so invested in the success of the Friendly Local Game Stores that are integral to their games. So they force online vendors to jack up their prices by presumably giving them less of a discount than they used to receive when purchasing FFG products, yet FLGSes still can't get any **** stock in.
No stores in my area received any U-Wings and only one got a small handful of TIE Strikers for X-Wing.
One store here received a few copies of Correllian Conflict, but none of them know when they'll get any of the new wave of Armada in.
Thanks, Asmodee! You've really helped out the FLGSes out there!

My FLGS got all its Armada Stock last week still no X-wing Rogue One stuff but it's been known to be delayed for the UK for whatever reasons until Next week.
HEY FFG! YOUR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK IS SLOWER THAN SNAIL SNOT (i.e. you've let us down)!!!!! Tremendously disappointed!
The stores I've checked are sold out locally. I got in at open of my FLGS on the 22nd and got more or less what I wanted. I still might pick up another Imp Squadrons 2 and Arquitens, but I'm in no rush.
I am always in two minds when considering to post in such threads, but suffice it to say that distribution is totally disappointing. I get it that US players largely dont like criticising FFG, but I guess their stores are treated very differently.
I wont order online as I support my local stores whenever they get wave 5 and Corellia, but their life is not easy. And then tournaments, I dont know if the whole system has to be set-up like it is. I dont mind the prices, I am happy with alternate art cards and some tokens here and there (prices are criticized in another tread), but I think its way too cumbersome how everything is organized.
FFG produces tremendous games, but there is another side that can be much improved. And not only to alleviate my first-world problems.
Edited by NebulonBIs the Arquitens in Virginia yet!? I have an open slot in my display case in need of filling.

Smoke and mirrors would be another apt description. Armada has it pretty good compared to supply chain failure that is Destiny. It's a fantastic game, if you can find it.
