Counterattack a Battlelore card - what to do ?!

By Negura, in Battlelore

If my opponent plays the Battlelore card and orders, let's say, 2 red units on the left flank and one blue on the right, can I play the Counterattack card when my turn comes ?! ...And if I do, what should I play ?! ..Should I roll the dice to see what do I get to order (like I would play the Battlelore card myself - and do I also get the +1d bonus as well, or not ?-), or just order the same unit type (2 red on the right and one blue on the left) ?!

I don't know if the subject has been discussed already, I could find it, if it did, please link me the thread

I am sure this has been discussed somewhere, but probably not on these relatively new forums:

When BattleLore is counter attack'ed, the player playing Counter Attack performs the turn just as if they had played BattleLore themselves. They would roll the number of dice equal to their command and continue accordingly. At the end of the turn both the Command and Lore decks would be reshuffled (or, just like when BattleLore is played straight, I will forget until the next turn sonrojado.gif ).

Todd, since it is a counterattack card and not the actual Battlelore card, I don't think you need to reshuffle the command and lore decks. But I could be wrong in this area.

You're wrong gui%C3%B1o.gif

When you play a counterattack, it is just like you played the card yourself so you follow all instructions - including reshuffling.

We once did this in Memoir - played TFH, shuffled, then played a CA, shuffled and because of this shuffle, it brought TFH back to the top so we played it again within a turn or two, of which the 2nd counterattack was played. Quite the couple of rounds there.
