Salvo for Punisher?

At this point it feels more likely that Punishers will get EPTs before Rebel Y-wings, despite their awesome showing in R1.

My thoughts when designing this card:

-As some have pointed out the range 3 restriction automatically shuts down any abuse with cluster missiles or APT. The range restriction also keeps it from being broken in my opinion. Two 4 dice attacks with torp or missile effects (plus one use of chips) is pretty **** potent and enough to wipe a lot of ships off the board instantly. I think setting up a salvo like this should be difficult to set up and reward good flying.

-The cost reflects the fact that it is functioning as a one-use, more potent version of extra munitions (and if you also have EM equipped you get two uses out of it)

-I made it a missile to restrict it to bomber type ships like the Punisher,TIE Bomber, and K-wing (also Slave 1, but I figure the firespray needs some love too).

-I used the 'perform this attack twice' language because its hard to design a card that lets you fire multiple ordnance without getting around the 'discard this card and a target lock' language that those cards use. I tried a few different versions but it gets too wordy and complicated very quickly. By saying 'perform that attack twice' it stays consistent with cluster missile wording without any added rules headaches.

This is another card I came up with to help bombs in general so it could also be a soft buff for TIE Punisher pilots like Deathrain. (I originally did not have the 'once per round' restriction to fix cluster mines but FFG errated the fix). Its supposed to be like the 'guidance chips' of the bomb slot and it rewards precise placement of your bombs.

I suppose I should make it Imperial Only because the rebels have Sabine.
