My friends and me have been talking about getting into the game for some time now after we saw two guys playing it at the local hobby shop. Problem is where we live there is such a small hobby shop community. After talking the owner of the shop a few months ago he said if my friends and I get into playing the game that he would start a weekly game night for it. As he has been playing this game for a few years but had no one to really play with except for a few people which where few and far between. So locally there really isn’t a meta yet. And my awesome girlfriend got me the core set for Christmas and we have been playing that really ever since. Now after getting some time to do alittle research on the game, reading forum and watching youtube videos, I really enjoy the Scum and Villainy faction. They seem to really suit what I what to play like, plus the Fluff is cool. So I came up with two lists with my limited experience to what I would be interested in playing. Disclosure I do really like the idea of playing with 3 ships. I found 2 alittle bit lacking and a swarm alittle to overwhelming atm. I am looking for which list is better of the two and anyway on how I could improve the list. Cause I know I am no expert.
List 1
Talonbane Cobra – Kihraxz Fighter * Marksman * Experimental Interface *
Palob Godalhi – HWK-290 * Autoblaster Turret * Intelligence Agent *
Latts Razzi – YV-666 * Bossk * Tactician * Hounds Tooth*
I see this list for as a control style with Latts and Palob and using Talonbane as the primary damage dealer.
List 2
Guri – Starviper * Predator * Autothrusters * Virago * Advanced Sensors *
N’Dru Suhlak – Z-95 Headhunter * Lone Wolf * Concussion Missiles * Stealth Device * Glitterstim *
Kavil – Y-wing * Veteran Instincts * Dorsal Turret * Engine Upgrade * Unhinged Astromech *
This list is more of a Dou with a Lone wolf. Keep Kavil and Guri close well N’dru is on the opposite side of the battle towards with outskirts staying away from the other two.
