Well, if it's a title it would be limited to only one ship - otherwise we run the risk of entire fleets trying to ram. I've gone up against a fleet of all CR-90 Bs with Engine techs, doing nothing but ramming and it's NOT fun - so if we're gonna get anything to help in ramming I hope it's unique, so only one per fleet.
Would be nice if we get the hammerhead class cruisers as they are now cannon first seen in Rebels I think then was the ship of the battle over Scarif
