I got a wild hair and decided to try and do a weekend binge of CC at my house next month: three games Saturday, (up to) three games Sunday.

Has anybody tried to session the campaign like this yet? Anything unique to this kind of setting that I should consider in planning it?

Considering your End-Game Target is 12 with 3 players each side.

A Victory is 1 Point. Destroying a Base is +x points. Hell, if your side is lucky and takes out 3 important bases round one, you're halfway there.

The magic number you need after 5 Campaign rounds is 8 Points... I fyou can do that... All In Final Round!

I am considering the same for a local gaming convention in March....and our FLGS wants to try and get the campaign done in two days (over two months) as well....so I'm very interested in anything you find out about trying such an endeavor!

Is there anything stopping us playing multiple games at once?

I'm thinking about doing a similar thing but introducing rules where we can play aimmultaneous games AND over the course of the games they influence each other.

Oh, I see, its a difference in interpretation.

When Ard says "Three Games", in regards to a campaign with a group of friends, I read that as three sets of games.

Just as my league will most probably be having 2 Games on a Sunday, that's two sets of games, with 3 games running simultaniously to play out one campaign round.

Then yes, you have more than enough time unless its a stupidly close campaign... Even then, you should be able to be close enough to 8 Points to play the final game...
