I'd like to replae that 4 point discount with something, but I'm already pushing the stats of this ship pretty hard by including the Tie Advance's shields.

"add the (turret weapon) icon to your upgrade bar. After you perform a (turret weapon) attack against a ship in your firing arc you may perform a primary weapon attack against that ship.

Had an idea for LRT while playing Company of Heroes 2. A lot of the tank destroyers in that game have an ability that allows them to increase their firing range at the cost of a narrowed field of view. Given that Vassal is so versatile, would it be difficult to design a template that would considerably narrow the primary firing arc in order to make the longer ranged shot? It would theoretically fit in the front site posts and measuring arc would be no more difficult than doing so from the original arc. Just a short 30-45 degree cone. This would negate some of the perceived OPness of the card by making it very difficult to actually line up the shot as your margin of error is greatly reduced.

For LM, perhaps take the TL upgrade off the card as well. Interceptors can still take both LM and TC through IG title (not sure why they would though) otherwise they and other non TL fighters are forced to take Deadeye in order to use the ability. The Empire wouldn't *put expensive modifications on new fighters expected to be destroyed in battle, so the EPT requirement would therefore be thematic as only the elite would be worth spending those resources on* Take bombs off as well as the flavor of the card is tied to warheads, not bombs. This still gives the Punisher. Bomber, Advanced, and Defender the possibility of greatly expanding their munitions point efficiency. Using the opportunity cost of Deadeye or tying up both mods on IG, you could probably bump the discount back up to 3 in order to somewhat offset the points needed to work things out.

Kinda sucks about the TIE Avenger issue. I was going to say that losing the System slot on the mod or changing it from a mod to system might have smoothed some feathers, but I guess the point is moot.
