Does Norra's ability, "When attacking or defending, you may spend a target lock you have on the enemy ship to add 1 FOCUS result to your roll." stack with (Crew) Han Solo's, "When attacking, if you have a target lock on the defender, you may spend that target lock to change all your FOCUS results to HIT results."?

Example: Roll attack dice > Spend a Target Lock > reroll blanks > Add a FOCUS die > change all FOCUS dice to HITS

If you can drum up the extra TL from somewhere (say, Shara Bey), then you can do both. Otherwise, you spend your TL on one ability and then you don't have a TL to activate the other.

You don't get all the effects you could spend a target lock for by spending a target lock; you activate an ability and spend the target lock for that ability only, after which you don't have a target lock to spend anymore.

Taking a look at the attack sequence the OP listed, I don't think you'd get that focus result added. The TL was "spent" to reroll dice. Wouldn't the sequence be: Roll Attack dice > Spend TL to get Focus Result > Spend Focus to change all Focus rolls to hits? Or does the spending of the Target Lock, rerolling dice and getting the added Focus result all happen in the modify dice step?

Each trigger offers one opportunity. There are two triggers (that happen to be the same) for two corresponding opportunities. Each opportunity requires fuel (a TL). You can do both at the same time so long as you have enough fuel to power both opportunities. If you only have half a tank of gas, you can't reach two destinations; you have to choose one. In the same way, if you have one TL you can exploit one (and only one) opportunity even if there are multiple triggers for multiple opportunities for multiple effects that require TLs to work.

There are combos. You just need to have another target lock that Norra can use like Sharra Bey or Targeting Synchronizer.

Its like having an egg. You can either boil it,scramble it or make a cake out of it. But you can't do all of it cause you only had one egg. But if someone hands you another one you got 2 options.
