My buddy thinks with FCS and APT, the say you deal 1 critical hit to a section with no shields, that you could resolve the cards critical effect, and the baseline critical effect, in short, deal two face up damage cards. Is this correct?

That's what you call a perfect first day out of the hospital. When you get a chance, can you update the link on your home page to this year's World Cup lists? The current link is still last year's.

I'm really confused by this...

You submitted a list that was formatted in a different way from most people (and how I am posting up lists). Namely it had number for each ship (and squadron) and no lines or spaces in between. Takes some effort to format, but not the end of the world.

Someone sent me a list that was literally a PDF of the form we have to submit when we play a real life tournament. I had to type in their entire list.
