Murne, False Orders, Stormtrooper, Squad Training?

Murne uses False Orders on a Stormtrooper in Skirmish. is the Stormtrooper allowed to use Squad Training for that attack?

Squad Training requires the Stormtrooper to be adjacent to a friendly Trooper. During False Orders the attacking figure is not friendly to other figures (and they are not friendly towards the attacking figure). (I don't think there can be any difference between skirmish and campaign.)
