Looks solid, and fun! I'd put SD on rexler instead of OL, as he's your heavy hitter, but on OL is good also. Play it out and give us feedback!

I would rather run:

Vessery: VI, X7 and Stealth

Omega: Juke, Comms and Stealth

Rhymer: Snap Shot, Title, Tactician and Lightweight Frame

Just feel the combo of Vess and Omega is quite strong and Rhymer brings in a stress inducing "Biggs" effect.
