A few months ago, my truck got stolen and with it about 3k worth of xwing ships. A friend told me to talk to ffg about it to see if they'd help out. I mean, I'm quite the paying customer, they'd want to keep in the game right? So I told em hey, all my stuff got stolen, anything would help me out. So they sent me ships. Just ships. No dial, no cards, no tokens, no stands. Just ships. And I told em hey, when I said everything was stolen, I meant everything! Thanks for the ships,...but without anything else, they're useless lol. So they sent me cardboard slats from expansions. But here's the thing, some sheets they sent me I didn't have ships for. And some ships I had they didn't give me seems for. So, they tried to help, but after all was said and done I had about 4 usable ships, from 3 factions. Not even a starter set. So still no dmg deck or maneuver templates. I gave them an A for effort, but ya they seem to make quite a few mistakes : /

Get the dial upgrade kit?

Edit: or take apart a HWK-290 dial. Bet you're not using it anyway ;-)

That I have flown my hwk a total of once, and it was really fun. So i'm gonna keep the dial together for that "one day soon".

A 3rd place and a 5th in two tournaments with a HWK-290 in the list. And that list had a star viper as well in it. Can't complain about using the hwk-290 … now I have 3 of those. two still in the original packing, I might have shopped more than I ever need. ;-)

I enjoyed the time I flew Kyle Katarn. Might try Jan with Cassian and an Ace if I can squeeze the points.

I understand you got really ****** there, but they're under no obligation to even send you extra stuff with anything. Their molds and cases are so cheap it's actually more logistically friendly and price effective to send a new one and not bother with picture and RA confirmations and return shipping.

Sorry to hear about your truck, we caught the guy who stole our crap.

I had a similar thing where I bought an interceptor but it only came with one peg for the base. When I sent an email to ffg they sent me a new base with no pegs... I just laughed

But did they give you a winning list?

One of the strikers that I just purchased has a deformed connector so you cannot fit a peg in the model. I emailed FFG so hopefully they can take care of it.
