To anyone who owns a Wave V ship, how is the scale? Do the Pelta and Arquitens fit well with the rest of the fleet?
Wave V Ship Scale?
Watch crabbok's video on these small based ships.
That should answer your questions about them

The Pelta is great scale-wise, and a beautiful model. haven't put my Arq on the table yet, but I like the scale of it. Here's a picture of the Pelta compared to the greatest ship in all the land:

So my Impression is right: the 284m Pelta-Class is horrible scaled (as seen next to the 580m Mc30c).
Sad indeed again. Almost Star Trek Attack Wing scale madness. The whole design make it look like it schould scaled more like the (itself ugly scaled) Cr90 ingame.
Scale is not this game's strength unfortunately, but that's what the various shapeways alternatives are for. Personally I don't particularly mind the scale too much, though some ships really look off (the Assault Frigate mkII specifically, and now this pelta apparently)
For their combat capabilities, the weird scale probably makes a lot of sense. If the Pelta is 1/7th the size of an ISD, then how does it have like half the firepower and 40% of the survivability, at this scale that seems a bit more reasonable. Or all the smaller ships would have to be put in squadrons of multiple ships on a single base, but then you'd have the thematic issue of why an individual CR-90 is apparently unable to flank without his 2 squadmates following.
I'm pretty sure the Pelta is in the same scale as the CR-90, seeing as that's the only ship it's ever seen flying beside. Scale itself has never bothered me in this game, and I am honestly just happy to have the Pelta in game since its life in Rebels was so short lived.
Armada's never been in-scale anyway, just relative. Else ISDs would be much bigger, got to fit a CR90 snugly in the hangar. And that Pelta model looks great, might well pick one up even though I don't play much.Arquitens was already a given for me, I like that ship.
As someone who has collected Transformers and other giant mecha, ignore scale in the physical models and toys. That way be madness.
Or is the Interdictor too small?
At the time, given the information was were about the Interdictor from Rebels themselves, the Interdictor is Appropriately Sized/Scaled as Comparison to the ISD... (Its Hangar bay and the ISD hangar bay in comparison, for example).
So it is in scale. The Arquitens, is a little too big - In a similar way to the CR90, all told - Sliding scale and all...
... Honestly, it doesn't bother me... I just love posting that picture far too much, and being able to tac my two models together to represent it...? Priceless.
According to Wookiepedia, so maybe not completely accurate, but it says the Pelta is supposed to be nearly twice as long as a CR90. The scale of course isn't perfect, but to me looks great on the table.
