I'm sure I'm just missing it but does a crit count as a damage against a station? I understand they do not suffer critical effects but they way I see they would still take a damage from one. Just wanted to double check with someone.

As you said. The Rule states that Stations do not Suffer Critical Effects.

Stations cannot ahve Face up Damage cards.

Nowhere does it say to only count 'HIT' symbols, and not 'CRIT' symbols....

They still count as Damage, as they do against Ships...

And yes, this has Follow on rulings:

Damage Control Officer, and I use a Contain Token.

That's because its not.

That would be Cheating.

Unless the rules specifically state ( as they do for Squadrons ), that you only count 'HIT' symbols, you continue to count 'CRIT' symbols as damage for anything that 'is like a ship'.
