sorry if this can appear a stupid question, but the Aim: If you have not exited your space during this activation.......

means you can fire gaining the +1 damage and +2 accuracy and than move as second action

or you can fire gaining the +1 damage and +2 accuracy and than do another action but move?

You check for the condition for aim at the time of the attack. There is no restriction on movement after the attack, so you can gain the Aim bonus and then move away after the attack is finished.

A Rebel Trooper can gain movement points by the Move action and still get Aim if he doesn't spend movement points before performing the attack.

Also, outside of his activation Aim always applies unless Gideon both Commands you to move and Masterstroke-Commands to attack. The Rebel Trooper has then first moved during Gideon's activation and doesn't get Aim.
