So when the Raider has Vader aboard, does his ability trigger from the fore and aft, or only the section he is aboard?
Vader's Raider Question
From the Huge Ship Rules:
If a huge ship suffers damage from a source that does not explicitly affect a single section, the opposing player chooses which section suffers the damage. Crippled sections cannot be chosen.
Opponents choice...
Edit: gah, ninja strike

Yeah, Vader's not that great on the Raider. Now on the Gozanti... he's got a little potential.
Thanks for the replies guys, but I think you misunderstood. I meant say I shoot from the fore and Vader is aft, can he still trigger?

Yes. As long as card does not states a section it triggers of a ship (some epic cards explicitly say about the section they are).
I saw this post and thought someone had posted about a Vaider Raider Destiny deck in the wrong forum. Guess it shows which game I have on the brain.

Same! Especially today since new product is out.
Now I'm gonna go play Armada and Make Vader my commander and put him aboard a Raider.
Vader Raider exists in every game.
Vader's Raider's risk grows greater if you use him later because your opponent the hater chooses the section to crater.

There's nobody greater on Raiders than Vader, only traitors put Vader on Gozanti freighters.
