Pardon me if this has already been asked. If you have the recruit in the docked shuttle does your squadron get the benefit. I think yes, but wanted to double check. Here is a list for visual reference.

Can Braylen get the bonus before Zeb is undocked?

No, docked ships basically do not exist (yet) for the game.

Dock ships do not exist in the contents of this game unless they are either undocked or the card specifically calls them out (title).

Otherwise it would just be a third crew for the Ghost where you put Kanan or Jan or any other "friendly ship" effect.
