If i perform a Jyn action it does not count as a focus action ?

Oh there's a way And you can actually get 11 onto a single ship - and they could almost be useful.

If you're going up against a swarm, Kanan does Jyn's action as his own for 3 focuses. Kyle takes a focus action. Garven takes Squad Leader, which passes off an action to Kanan, who focuses (4) and then EI's to activate Lando for 2 more (6). At the start of combat, Kyle passes his F to Kanan (7), and then Garven shoots and misses, activating Op Spec to give Kanan another (8), and then passes his F to Kanan (9). Kyle also misses, activating Op Spec again for another F (10). Finally, Kanan misses and Op spec gives him a final focus (11). From there, 8 TIEs, at R1-2 of Kanan, shoot at Kanan, he spends 8 focus tokens to reduce each one to only 1 die, and then is obstructed for at least 3 attacks to spend then remaining 3 focus tokens.

Due to the inclusion of Op Spec, it's probably possible to get way more than 11. Heck, you can fit 3 Blue Squadron Pathfinders with double Op Spec and a Z95 in a list. 4 misses at 6 focuses per miss = 24, plus a 25th from the Focus action itself That might be the most you can squeeze into 100pts.
