I have only a limited card set, and other activities don't leave me much time, so I'd like to look up some decks. Is there a place on the internet where I can find decks with set restrictions (e.g. core + genesis)?

if you go on Netrunnerdb, under "Decklists" you can use the Search feature, and along the side is a section to "Select Allowed Packs."

No guarantees that the results will be any good...
