Is a segnors loop a bank maneuver? So is it green when I have twin ion engine equipped?
As far as I know are koiograns also straight maneuvers, so same rule for segnors loop?

No. Segnor's Loops and banks are different maneuvers, as are straights and Koiogran Turns. Just because they use the same templates doesn't mean they share anything more than that.

Each bearing also has its own distinct symbol (e.g. S-Loop has a different symbol than Bank). Clearly, a Straight and a K-Turn are not the same thing. And a Bank and an S-Loop are not the same thing.
So, no, TIE Mk. II Engine does NOT make S-Loops green.
(And if it did, it would be massively undercosted on the TIE models that have S-Loops.)
Ok thanks

Those are the current "types" of bearing and we'll soon be adding some Reverse bearings to that list. While that is a list of types the actual bearing also includes left/right components when dealing with your turns, bank, rolls and loops.
