I was thinking about to use Insipiring Recruit into any scum build, and I was thinking in fact about 4-Lom pilot with Rage.

So I'm reading "...you can assign 1 of your stress token to..".

Are you "removing" a stress token during this operation? I think that yes, I am removing a stress, BUT of course you cannot assign 2 stress token to the enemy ship.

So using Rage, I get 2 stress tokens. Then I end my turn into 1 range from any ship. I can remove both 2 stress, and assign just 1 of theme into the ship.

Is that correct? I belive it beause I am literally removing 1 stress from 4-Lom during this operation. I guess the word "assign" is used directly to avoid a repetition (like "remove 1 stress and assign it onto...", just say "assign 1 of your stress onto..").

Anyway I'm asking you all. What do you think?

I agree with your interpretation that 'assign' logically includes 'remove'.

However, it is not explicit and an FAQ would be appreciated before I'd claim it as 100%.
