The pilot card indicates a rear arc, and yet the ship base does not. It seems drastically overpriced if you ask me. The Ghost is a 4/0/10/6 stat line, with arguably a better dial (white 3 banks, red 3 turns in exchange for green->red green turns). It starts at 35 points and PS3. Granted, I believe it's been determined that the large base "discount" is around 8 points, so a small base version would be 43 points. And a */0/10/6 stat line is more durable than a */1/8/3 stat line, though I suppose the 1 agility means that you can put C-3PO on it for some help, but it's still nowhere near as durable. Yes, it has some different upgrades, but nothing earth shattering. I would suggest pricing at least 10 points cheaper to start with.

I definitely see what you mean with the cost. That was just the cost that the program automatically produced when I added everything together and I agree it's quite a bit overpriced. The only reason that I didn't change it is for the fact that this is intended to be a ship in my heroes of the aturi cluster campaign and thus is subject to an entirely different acquisition procedure. (it can only be purchased after completing the corresponding mission at ps5 after successfully stealing the prototype ship and not dying, then paying 10 points and receiving a downgrade in pilot skill) I didn't necessarily intend it for any sort of competitive play, but in the event it were fashioned for such a thing I would tend to agree with a 10 to 15 point reduction.
What are your thoughts about the ability?
The ability is a very interesting one. What has turned me off on the ARC in general has been just how SLOW the thing is, which of course depends on your style of play, but I've gotten quite attached to the K wing and the VCX (with EU), and prior to that, A & E wings.
So with your proposed ability, that would resolve the slow aspect of the ARC, but I don't think it matches the dial well. I would think about making the 1 turn either white or red - Psycho Tycho was my baby back in W5-6 and trust me when I say that a Daredevil turn is much more powerful than it seems like it should be, especially if you put Nien as a crew, go 4 straight, get forced to do another green, do a 1 hard turn, and then for your action, boost forward. Another thing is that it would allow you to do a 2 bank followed by a 1 turn, and then leave your action open for a boost/br. So yeah, I would expect it to be white at least. I would also think about changing the 3 bank to a white. As it stands, you don't have the ability to do a single bank without getting stressed.

So you're thinking no sharp greens at all? Not having banks available without either a straight or a sharp first was a conscious decision on my part. After testing, the ship was just too powerful for exactly the reason you're talking about in terms of performing a 3 bank then a sharp or 2. I wanted to both limit the ship and give it versatility in terms of its dial without giving it korriban turns and sengors loops and all that jazz. Just wanted something that had a dial and ability that represented a ship that was essentially too fast for its own good and had more of a tendency to overshoot its target than anything else. What do you think about making the 1 sharp red and giving it green sharp 2's instead?
Also, to address the rearward arc thing, it's rear arc is unchanged from the standard ship. Throws 2 red out the back instead of the 4 that it has out the front. Wasn't sure how to represent that on the card and I'm not home to do some photoshopping to figure it out.
I've got a question about your HotAC custom pilot cards: Where did you get the upgrade symbol font from?
Also, I love these paint jobs, especially the B-wings.
My first T-70. Found this model to be really receptive to washes. Used those, some jewelshade, nuln oil and Ardcoat and took around an hour to do. Very quick and clean and easy.
Did a little bit of camo on the engines too. Found out later that the colors on this are the same as on the Armenian flag. Thus she was called Blyat 1 from then on lol
What is this supposed to exactly camouflage into, besides the quilt on your bed... xD

All of the cards for the hotac campaign I made in photoshop. I'll check in and see what font I used this evening.

How does he know the color and pattern of my bed quilt!?!?! ![]()
Just checking your work out now... lots of improvement from the first K-wing. Really interesting colours and designs. Nice!

Thank you! Trial and error and thinning my paints made all the difference in the world!
Some updates on what I've been working on. Picked up a bunch of gel pens and metallic markers that I've been using to spruce up my existing models so alot of what I've been doing lately has been done with those. Enjoy!
Wanted to make a lived-in ghost with a seriously work exterior for a buddy of mine that wants to fly it in hotac.
Re-upped the banshee with some serious weathering.
A mess of etas I've been working on.
My personal Eta.
The R-47 Interdictor. My fist custom design made by me from the ground up.
And we're all caught up!

Never! Ironically, the primary loadout for the ship has a 0 attack value. All its guns are cannon slots ![]()

Just started painting a couple of months ago with Heroes of the Aturi cluster being the thing that really set off a creative spark in me. Had alot of help learning from some very VERY tough teachers in the /tg/ wip thread on 4chan but ultimately I think it really improved the quality of the stuff I put out (THIN YOUR PAINTS!!!)
I'll post them in the order I made them. Enjoy!
My first paintjob was a bit of a mess. My thinking was that it's a K-wing, so it's not like I can make it any more ugly than it already is! I feel like alot of the ffg models aren't dirty enough or lived in enough out of the box, so I went for full-on-filthy with this space pig. Even tried to make some bizarre red and black camo patterns. Turned out not all that bad for my first ever attempt, but there was nowhere to go from there but up!
Looks like the K-Wing ran out of laser battery, and decided to get a little...shall we say, personal?

I completely agree! You have done some great work here. Have you thought of doing a battle damage ship yet?

Thank you! And I have but the majority of my ships are being deployed week to week in my hotac campaign, so I just sort of build the ships around the individual pilots preferences more than anything.
