My Wife is suddenly in hospital, I may have just lost all of my savings to get her there, I've had no sleep in 48 hours and I just fed my Toddler the last instant-meal I had left in the Freezer.

But its Christmas.

I should be happy.

I'm very sorry to hear your wife is unwell Dras, and I sincerely hope she makes a full recovery. Your post is totally different to the original one, your not saying your Christmas is ruined due to no spaceships! You have very little reason to be happy. Your Christmas may well be ruined and I feel for you.

IT is strange that they are holding It back. Most retailers have this in their stores already. Waiting for FFG to give the signal that they may ship/sell the products.

when that is said this forum is for the members to say how they feel and what they like without someone calling them a prick.

I may have a safe and for now no problem with anyone in my family. That allows me to be happy even if there is problems out there in world.

I love Armada and may be passionate about the game. But I won't apologize for my life is good and with no worries.

I thank Dras for behaving and come to my aid even if his life is hard at this time.

To be a bit more serious, a friend of mined who works in a LGS said FFG is having troubles supplying the demand for wave 5 and they didn't get as much stuff as they hoped for........

Heavy demand is good but to OP's point, missing out on the holiday season with FFG's latest and greatest isn't great for FFG when customers (and customers' holiday shopping families) have money to spend.

I don't really get it either. By december 22th, most people want to avoid shops as much as possible and bought most of their gifts. I'll go get my wave 5 stuff, but if I could I would have waited a week. And I won't because of the shortage of stuff....

I know I seem grumpy out, but just love the game. I was just hoping so much I could use the Christmas holidays to play the game with the new expansions.

I know you all are waiting patiently for the release and most of you holding out.

I just seen Rogue One and got such a Star Wars feeling that my heart wanted to play this sooooo much.

I guess I have to get use to wait it out. It will come when it come.....

Over in Scandinavia we have the 22nd as street date, but my lgs can't confirm they will have it by that date.

But soon(ish)...

they will be in the shops before I can afford to buy them...
