400/400 point list with a flexible initiative bid of 12 if you prefer, although the list was designed to go second voluntarily. The idea here is to use the Interdictor to blue crit exhaust 1 targets command tokens so the Demolisher can force a discard or three with enough screen/wing to assist. The Interdictor acts as kind of a backstop capable of passing the Gladiator shields in between engages/as needed through token manipulation with Yularen. Ignore the Demolisher, pay the price. Ignore the Interdictor, pay the price. Ignore the Fighter bomber wing, pay the price. All while bringing four activations.

The no-heavy Gozanti is responsible for sending out speed 4 Firesprays and Bossk to engage fighters if needed. The second Gozanti is responsible for the heavy Rhymer and the Jumpmaster 5000.

Activation order would go Interdictor, Demolisher, Gozanti-3 squad (no heavies), Gozanti-2 squad (heavies).

Posted @ 388/400 to explain the flex behind it but to get input on the thought process as well.

I plan on running 400/400 with Saber Squadron for the Snipe 4 (softer targets for Bossk) and Swarm synergy with Jumpmaster.

That said, here are other options:

Leave out the last squadron for a 12 point bid, 13 if you switch to Engineering Team on the Interdictor.

A second Jumpmaster 5000 to spread the Intel out a bit.

A TIE Advanced to have an Escort tag present.

Gamma Squadron if you want a Bomber with Grit plus an additional 2 pnt Hail Mary bid.

TIE Bomber increases that bid to 3.

Black Squadron is you want Jumpmaster Swarm synergy with a 3 pnt bid.

TIE Squadron if you want the same but a 4 pnt bid.

TIE Interceptor for Swarm, Counter 2 and a 1 pnt Hail Mary bid.

Thoughts?

All these views and no comments. Hope it's not people who complain about the community a lot.

Both the targeting scrambler and the Projection experts are great for nearby ships. Demolisher may however race ahead or away from the Interdoctor. Screed is ok but you only have 2 ships with a Crit effect weapon and unless concentrating fire and rolling double Accuracies he won't benefit the Gozantis.

I would include a Tie Advances as your final squadron to protect Rhymer and the Intel for a while. Chiraneau is ok insurance too but only on a few squadrons. You could include a Lamda shuttle to extend his effects further.

I was thinking the demolisher could act as a forward hardpoint and back stop for the fighter bomber wing. I knew going in that if it remained at speed 3 to take advantage of Montferrat it would end up somewhere between the fighters and the interdictor. Screed not affecting the Gozanti's is.... meh. He's there to help the Interdictor set up the Demolisher for the defense token destruction. Thus far, with decent rolls, most ships with 3 or less tokens are left striped or destroyed a turn and a half after engaging (or less if the bombers/fighters get involved).

To be honest, I didn't even think to stack concentrate fire on the Gozanti after they've done there work or there's no work to be done.

Lastly, agreed on the Advanced part. It's been a rough decision process and I've fluctuated between including it and playing with a proxy'd Saber Squadron. That Snipe/Bossk hammer so good for named squadrons. With a mediocre Snipe roll and a half decent Bossk roll most just disappear....those that don't fall to the Firesprays.

It's a list built on subtle redundancies and specific uses for specific units.
