Isn't Blue Leader General Merrick? And I think there's already a Blue squadron U-Wing in the regular box.

Don't you mean Gold Squadron for the Y-Wing? At Scarif there were Blue and Red X-Wing Squadrons and Gold Y-Wing Squadron.

Noooooo! Not only is gold squadron utterly destroyed at the Battle of Yavin, but Red squadron survives with only two members - Luke and Wedge. In Legends they were reformed into Rogue Squadron under Wedge, and who knows under the new cannon. But gold squadron is dead, no doubt about it.

I could see a rebel heroes of the Rebellion pack along the theme of most wanted - An X- and Y-wing with additional cards for more conversions and/or new pilots.

I'm all for an X+Y pack, IMO it's too early for an U-wing, even though the movie provides us an alternative paint scheme.

X-would obviously be Blue Squadron, Y-wing... we need more pilots, there are two Golds left from ANH, and at least one new in Rogue. Norra in the novels, Chopper, Rex and everyone's favourite Sabine in Rebels.

Considering we already have a Gold Squadron paint scheme on the standard Y, the repainted one could be Grey Squadron.

How about we get an EPT on the ywing this time.

I think the Phoenix Squadron A-Wing paint scheme is already used in the "Rebel Aces" box (being both based in the original McQuarrie's concept art), but they could use the Hera Syndulla's A-Wing paint scheme (in a similar manner as the X-wing fighter from the "Rebel Transport" box uses the Expanded Universe Wedge Antilles' X-Wing paint scheme).

And in newcanon lore it's almost certainly Evaan Verlaine from the Princess Leia comic - Rogue One Ultimate Visual Guide gives her callsign as Gold Three, and Galactic Atlas says she was present at the Battle of Yavin.

There may have been some Green Squadron pilots present at Scarif - their helmets make an appearance, and I think some pilots seen in the movie are given Green numbers in Rogue One Ultimate Visual Guide.

In RoTJ, there's at least one Red Squadron A-wing pilot - Sila Kott - though it's not clear if she's Red Two or Red Three.

I kind of hope they do an X-Wing, E-Wing pack considering only Corran Horn seems to be used and that ship needs more love than the Y-Wing. That said it would be nice to see the Y-Wing get some love at some point.

Since Rogue One is so full of X-wings we are sure to get a Rogue One expansion,

but it won't have another blue U-wing.
