During squadron phase, with him, do I have 3 choice to move or Attack or trigger his ability, or triggering his ability technically doesnt really count as Attack, so it can move? I know, it says instead of attacking, but still there might be a bit difference Between really attacking and this kind of 'attacking'. I Hope you know what i mean. Thanks for the answers!

I assume you are asking if you can trigger his alternate attack ability and still move?

I'd say yes because you get to do both of those when you use a squad command. So move, and instead of attacking, force a friendly to make the attack for you. Or the other way around.

Good thing I stated during a squad command, not the phase

Maybe interpreted wrong, and its still move or shoot, and if you choose shoot then you can decide if colonel does it or someone else. I Think this is the way he works. With command, obviously you can move before/after.
