Question: On rank on can a character have several specializations in the same skill?
Example: Spends 3 points in character creation on skills, and gains 2 sepcializations. Spends one on weaponskill and other on ballistcskill. Would the character get new ones in these when finishing the career ?
How many specializations is allowed on rank 1 ?
You can have as many specializations in a skill as you like, but you can take each one only once, so you can't double specialize. For example, if you have a specialization in Long Bow (BS) and want to take another BS specialization, you can take pistol, short bow, etc., but you can't take long bow a second time.
So if character choose 3 points in creation and gain 4 skills/ 2 sepecialization then char will also get three free specializations in these at career completement ?
If you take the dedication bonus, you get one specialization in each skill that you trained while in that career. For a starting character, that would be one in each of the 4 Skills trained during chargen + 1 in any other skilled trained while in that career. So if you started with 4 Skills and 2 Specializations, after you took the dedication bonus you'd have 2 skills with 2 specializations and 2 skills with 1 specialization, assuming you didn't train any other skills while in your starting career.
Does decidation bonus really include skills gained during character generation?

To be honest i dont know ... hard to say
The dedication bonus says: "the character learns a specialisation for each of that career’s key skills he trained during his time in that career."
During chargen you Step 2, select career, then in step 3, spend creation points to, among other things, train skills.
Are you claiming that a character that completes his starting career and takes the dedication bonus did not train those skill while in that career?
I don't really see enough to make a claim, just had a question.

Hmm. I couldn't say which way the wording falls, as you could argue that only the 10 XP advances are ever spent "in the career". However, if career completion doesn't give you specialisations in skills purchased at character-generation, the "free" specialisations for 3 or 4 starting skills make a lot more sense. One for the FAQ/errata.
A FAQ entry shouldn't be necessary. The dedication bonus doesn't stipulate that you only get a specialization in any skill you spent an advance on while in that career, it only says that you get it for any skill trained while in that career. If you feel that you didn't train starting skills while in your starting career, then where did you get them? If they were intended to represent skills you got (somehow) prior to entering that career, then why during chargen do you have to pick career first and then are limited to only having starting skills trained that appear on your staring career sheet? Why not just let you pick any skills you want to start trained with during chargen? It's because skill training occurs from being in careers. So, where did you get the training in those skills that you start with? Why from the career you are in of course and it's why you have to select career before you can train skills, so that you know which ones you are allowed to train. Hence, you trained them while in that career and you therefore meet the requirement to take a specialization in each of them when you purchase the dedication bonus after completing that career.
