Thanks in advance, played a handful of games and really enjoying the game. Couple of questions have come up and i was hoping for clarity.

Can you use multiple upgrade cards to trigger off the same order dial, for example if i have three cards that trigger when i spend a Navigation dial do they all trigger or do i have to pick?

I know with defence tokens you can use once exhausted and they are then discarded but can you do the same with upgrade cards that have a "exhaust to use clause"?

Answers would be yes and no.

Yes your command would trigger all effects (such as engine techs).

No you cannot double exhaust an upgrade card. Once it is exhausted it is done until it is refreshed.
