The illusionistess is a nice character to use.

If she fights a dragon for example, then she can always choose to let the simulacrum fight for her, and then she will lose no lives.

It's a good ability, if you know that you cannot defeat the creature.

I also like her third and fourth ability. ( if you are good, and you draw a adventure card for evil allignment, then you can try to get the benefit of the card

If one card has 2 different effects for both allignments, then you can decide for yourself wich one you want to get. stay good or trick the card to get the benefits of evil

Nice combo's

On top of that, if a card has only a negative effect, then you can simply disguise yourself, so that nothing will happen.

Abilities:

- When you attack another character, you may choose to make the attack psychic
combat. You may not do this when you are attacked by another character.
- When you are involved in a battle, you can immediately decide to sacrifice a
life. In this case you automatically win the battle. Creatures are considered to
be destroyed, and hostile characters loose either automatically a life, or they give
you a gold or an object.
- After rolling the die when praying, you may add 1 to the score.
- You are always good: Ignore all effects, which change your alignment.

Well, she is perma-Good, so Chapel is always a freebie back to full health space. Also, if she reaches the Crown, nobody with fewer lives can beat her, barring special circumstances like attacking her in psychic combat, healing spells, etc. Can't even use Runesword against her I don't think.

She's really powerful Character, auto win + taking trophy is great ability, also she has a lot more great abilities than Thief, who also can steal Objects and gold. In this case her "always good" is a bless for her, not drawback. And she start with 4 Fate.. As a suicider she should not have that many Fate, unless she really is still alive, because she's God blessed...

I think it's not really a problem, because (from what i read) the losing player can decide to give her a object or one gold or losing a life, and then it is wortless to sacrifice a life for it, especially, if you are standing together on the crown.

On top of that, she can not use the sacrifice ability against spirits.

That makes it dangerous for her, because she don't know what she will draw in her next turn.
