Eh, I won't see it until April at this point... And being online around Star Wars all day, its already spoiled for me anyway.

It did some things really well and there were some things which were ok. Over all I enjoyed it a lot.

Non Weirdo's will put it on par a little under 4. It is a ton better then the prequels. The 2nd half of the film catches the feel of 4 much more then 5/6. The star fighter scenes feel great. 3d was amazing for them

My opinion is that Kevin Smith was possibly right: it's almost as good as ESB and I personally think it makes FA look like a steaming pile.

I definitely liked it waaaay better than 7. For me this is the best Star Wars since 5 (although long-term consideration may put it behind 6 as well). So for me I would rank the films:

It was a great movie for what it was. Don't go in expecting character development though. Just go for the robot as he steals the entire movie.

I'll also add some of the great humor in it. Mostly the robot and a nice little blind man joke in the first half.

Edit: Better than 7 in my opinion and put some of it qualities to shame. Except the music.

My ranking 5, 4, R1/6( cheating but a tie between the two), 7, 3, 2, 1.

5 not being the top makes your rankings suspect.....

Happy Friday too all, still Thursday here but got to see Rogue One anyway. Anyhow, I'm on board with Cubanboy's list there too. I was actually surprised to the amount of action actually in the film rather than the 'sneaking down a hallway to stretch a budget' sort of thing that I expected.
