Is it possible to combine Damage Modifiers? I don't see anything in the rulebook saying that you cannot. Yesterday in "The Gathering" I was able to apply 4 damage to the Ghoul Priest in the hallway in 1 hit as my wife had Lita in her control at the same location as me, I used a weapon that does +1 damage if successful, and I had the blue skill that does +1 damage if the attack is successful. So I did my normal 1 damage along with +3 in modifiers. Did we play this correctly?
Thanks!

Sounds like you did. The only real exception is the Shotgun, which replaces standard damage - i.e. you don't do the base 1 damage PLUS the Shotgun's additional; just the Shotgun's effect's damage. But otherwise, you can stack them up just like you did.
But even with the Shotgun, you should still be able to apply modifiers from other sources such as skills and Lita after calculating base damage.
Correct, bigmac, he is just saying that you don't do standard damage + weapon bonus damage + modifiers. Other guns are like that, so you'll do 1+1+3 (as an example). Shotgun replaces the standard damage with the variable 1-5 and then you add modifiers on top of that. At max damage (5) with +3 in modifiers, you can do 8 damage.
