I was stuck as a cashier for 4 hours building this list in my mind. Han should be able to throw out 5-6 dice at range 2 or 3 and 6 to 7 dice at range 1 every round. He will also have full dice modification. He target locks and exposes with EI, and because he removed a stress the previous round, gains a focus.

Is it top tier? no. But, I think this hits hard enough right away to give some trouble to a few lists out there.

Why does Han need TL? His ability is basically a free TL.

Sometimes you only need to reroll 1 or 2. You have better odds of rolling full hits with a target lock focus than with a han reroll focus.

Ok but if you are limited to green maneuvers if you want actions, you either become predictable, or vulnerable. And while you have Kanan on Jan, Jan is the obvious weak link in this build; take out the squishy HWK, and Han falls apart by himself.

If you plan on taking target locks anyways, then Han is not the best choice. Take a less expensive pilot like Rey, which means you can put points into other things. While she won't be PS 9, you probably will be unlikely to PS kill PS 9 Aces in round 1/ anyways. Rey also allows you to use Finn on defence, which is very very useful.
