Forgive me if this has been answered, I haven't had the chance to listen to Order 66 lately. Did the devs ever answer why there are more control upgrades listed on the description than there are with the power tree? Should we just stick to the tree?

There are more control upgrades listen than there are in the tree because one is simply spelled out twice word for word. My guess is that just slipped past the proof readers.

It's ultimately an editing gaffe on their part, and will be fixed in future printings. Ultimately, go with the upgrades that's listed in the tree, as those are the correct ones in terms of what's offered.
