So far i have 6 TIE defender squadrons and 2 x VT-49. All of them are from shapeways, and the cards from Kuat. But **** is this combination nice. Both are designed to do what they do best, kill squadrons.

I was originally going to buy Defenders to use in place of generic aggressors, but luckily this got announced before I made the purchase, so instead I got TIE Avengers..... and Assault Gunboats for Firesprays.....and a Lancer frigate for a Raider...... and a Corellian Gunship because that's like my favorite capital ship (will probably end up subbing for a corvette B). Happy black friday to all lol

o when Wave 5 will be available in UK?

This is probably a dumb question but I'm not seeing why you would want to take Rapid Launch Bays? Giving up deployments and the ability to do stuff early only seems like a drawback

It makes it a bit easier to decide when the begin the fighter engagement. You can actually protect your bombers without a need for an escort. Couple that with a flight officer you could basically decide which ship or fighter squadron you want to hurt by throwing a flotilla at them since RLB only stops movement not shooting. Couple that with Fighter Coordination teams and you can still move a bit.

It's great, the added complexity and numbers of plays this new wave adds is just insane. It seems Armada is becoming so complex that it is getting to be impossible to predict the type of lists or plays you will come up against.

you place them, they are not activated

So could you activate a squadron you dropped on the same turn from the same ship?

You could, but it would require spending 1 squad point to place and 1 squad point to activate. Note that the squadrons placed can't move during the activation of the SHIP that placed them.

That's one side of the argument. The other side is you activate a set aside squad, the placement up to range 1 takes up the movement part of the activation with a squad command and the squadron is then free to shoot ending its activation. "Bombers to the face."

We're also short one B-wing squadron, if my count is accurate.

Did you have Dagger Squadron. With Swarm ?

++ Additionally, I've only been exposed to French because I live in Canada... And I'm on the Western Side...

So I can't tell if Wexley is +1 Shield Damage as a critical effect... +1 Sheild Damage ifyou have a Crit Showing... Or +1 Shield Damage for each Crit Showing....

I don't have it on KDY. I think the spoil that we got didn't have the dice visible, so I was holding off, if I remember correctly. I dunno - I was pretty drunk.
