You could always try to sell or trade what you don't want after you keep want you need. I see threads where they are looking for cards and whatnot because it got ruined. That way you will recoup some of the money.
New stuff shipping now
Still haven't gotten my preorder from Miniature Market....
I got mine but I had to give them a friendly call and ask what the status of my order was. They said that they were backed up from the holidays and would ship it right away.

Good grief. This is why I have zero desire to get into the Skirmish aspect of the game and stick only with Campaign play. Buying one of each item is expensive enough. But having to buy TWO boxed sets? And what about all the extra cards and other bits that are left over... FFG really needs to sell the minis in the boxed expansions separately if they want more people to take skirmish seriously.

I'm just OCD about this game. Actually I don't get to play it very often I just like painting the miniatures. This is the first box set I bought multiples of.

Anyone else had trouble putting the Rancor on its base?

It took me a couple tries, out of fear of breaking something, but I got it on there and nothing broke. I came to the conclusion that Rancor isn`t going to break easy
In the end I succeeded, but the base isn't 100% flat now because the 2 'pins' aren't correctly placed for the holes in the legs.

Yeah, it's the same situation on my end. I think the main problem is that the legs "squeezed" together after printing so that they are not spaced as far apart as there were intended to be. However, the rancor is so heavy and squat that there really is no fear of it falling over. Plus, if you let it stand up for long enough it eventually squishes the base to almost-flat again.
Edited by OtakuonAlthough the 'key' on the base and hole on the leg were 5mm apart, keeping the legs in hot water for 5 minutes allowed the base to be inserted with just a little force.
My arms were hard to put in I still haven't pushed them all the way in, don't want it to get stuck and be harder to paint. When I did put the base on it looked warped, I think he was standing a little wobbly. I might have to fix that with a blow dryer.
One of my Rancors was missing it's base:( sorry I know it is the wrong it's but autocorrect won't let me.

Oh, my... finally got the stuff... that Rancor... it's even bigger than I thought. Like, I've seen the scale pictures etc. but for real, it's huge! I need a new carrying box just for him...
