Yeah it's a better option than Zuvio if you don't want to invest in bombs, which is a 5 point discount minimum if you would have taken the crane.
I think it works particularly well with the dial.
There is now a more even chance that the ship could use any one of its 3 speeds, making it less predictable. Until now I had only looked at speed 1 (for reverse) or speed 2 (for all the options).
No needs for that ability. If you need a 3 for bump, us the 3. You want be the block, not avoid other blocks.
