our next session will take the PCs to an imperial research station near Ilum (with reinforcements from the Chiss Empire), and onto Ilum itself, and I thought: "Hey, the weather on Ilum fits the holiday, let's do something with it". The adventure is basically written already, but I'm eager to hear what I could implement as seasonal flavor, or what events you have planned for your holiday sessions.

My ideas till now are:

-The Chiss on the research station celebrate a Chiss holiday, use Knowledge and Social checks to take part in the festivities and they may have a benign disposition in future encounters.

-Have the PCs play secret santa with each other, gifting items ranging from stimpacks to lightsabres.

-The PCs find a peculiar red sleighlike starship crashed on Ilum. It was apparently owned by some kind of master of the Force. Will they explore the ship to find out what artifacts lie inside?

-On the surface of Ilum, a malevolent species similar to Krampus preys on the unsuspecting PCs.
