Something like 800 million people are starving and homeboy is crying because his plastic toys will be a couple weeks late. Bigger issues dude.
Oh yes, certainly first world problems. War is happening, people are dying from war, starvation, crime, all manner of things. Bigger picture is there and being observed.
There is always someone with more pressing problems, and there are always bigger problems around the corner. Doesn't stop me having an opinion on this relatively small issue.
That being said...I am human, and along with it comes feelings. Do I not have a right to feel upset something? Even if it is very minor in the grand scheme of the universe?
Anyone who looks at anything and says 'First world problems' is being nothing but unhelpful, condescending, and a hypocrite. We've all moaned about something at some point and it's rude to just throw the argument away rather than just open a dialogue and discuss things.
