My "firm belief" above is based on rules as intended , not rules as written . I know this one works when attacking with either arc if the conditions are perfect, but I don't believe it was designed with that in mind.

Then they also have to FAQ Kath Scarlet Scum and Shadowcaster Title. They have the same wording. Kath Scarlet is proably possible only against Huge ship but it would be possible.
