I think Expertise ould go great on a decimator. Maybe I am just on a decimator kick right now, or it could be the lack of red moves on that dial. But which one? Patrol Leader is out. RAC's ability lends it to not be as useful, though there is the range restriction. So Oicunn and Kenkirk. I love the ram-boat that is Oicunn, but maybe Kenkirk. Without the need for the focus on offense maybe that one green die can be aided by a focus token? If not, it will just be ramming speed ahead. Something like this:

Captain Oicunn (42)
Expertise (4)
Hotshot Co-pilot (4)
Emperor Palpatine (8)
Engine Upgrade (4)

Soontir Fel (27)
Push the Limit (3)
Autothrusters (2)
Stealth Device (3)
Royal Guard TIE (0)

Three points to play with a bid, or God forbid, upgrade Fel to a 38 point ace like an x7 Predator Rexler. The horror!

What does the card do?

I really really wanted to make Decimator + Duchess + another striker but this just makes it harder!

Oicunn + expertise + dauntless + Inspiring Recruit+ captive

Countdown + MkII

not sold on the Oicunn loadout obviously but looks fun at least!

It may not be Expertise, but I came up with this list recently that was Decimator + 2 Strikers...

Captain Oicunn w/ Adaptability, Anti Pursuit Lasers, General Hux, Inspiring Recruit, BoShek, Dauntless - 54 pts

Duchess w/ Adaptability, Lightweight Frame, Title - 25 pts

Countdown w/ Twin Ion Engine MKII, Title - 21 pts

Strategy is to mess with your opponent with the Oicunn bumping and BoShek combo. Use Dauntless title for General Hux card which will have you end up with 2 stress that you can clear with a single green next turn with Inspiring Recruit. Give out focus to your squad so they can barrel roll, evade or double focus and give Fanatical Devotion to either Countdown or Oicunn since Oicunn doesn't have defense dice and Countdown can cancel out a whole attack against him for that sweet unavoidable damage.

What about this build out:

Guri (30)

Expertise (4)

Collision Detector (0)

Cloaking Device (2)

Autothrusters (2)

Virago (1)

Total: 39

Guri so you can have that token for defense. Trying to keep it lean and go with collision detector. Works well with cloaking device and if you run all debris the crit is no damage and the stress is negligible with the EPT and you will still get the defense token (from ability) as it is not an action.

How about putting it on a classic fat Han instead of predator and dropping luke down to a standard gunner? Would save a point - I'm not sure which one has higher damage output though, I think it could be situational.

Then I'd stick it with a k-wing bomber just because I love them.

I go for clusters, seismics, extra munitions, sabine and adv slam for 35 points and a one point bid which is occasionally useful for Han at PS9. With the point saving I'd be tempted to upgrade the seismics for prox mines or maybe even conner nets to get me to a round 100.

Rey (45)

+ Finn (5)

+ Expertise (4)

+ Kanan Jarrus (3)

+ Millennium Falcon 2.0 (1)

This I like a lot. Rey really needs a focus to convert those eyeballs to hits with her offense so struggles when she cant get it, and then when she spends it, she loses some of her defensive potential. This is a neat alternative to trying to shoehorn in multiple focus tokens.

Can't put LRS on Protectorates. Guidance Chip is your best bet if you want a mod for ordinance.

Yeah, my bad. I got carried away... :) Anyway with Adv. Proton Torps and Expertise the Chips aren't necessary but since they are free and will provide a crit why not.

Three (four to be honest, rolling five blanks shoudn't happen) hits and a crit guaranteed at range one!!!
