I find it funny that Rebels have more large ships than Empire. Empire has the most medium ships and Rebels have the most small.

I think if Imperials had one more squadron and I'd call it even.

The Rebels have more types of larger ships, but the empire has way more large ships

I'd be fine if they released more cards for the ISD of different variants instead of strange new ships for the empire. But I doubt that will happen.

Don't confuse variety with quantity.

Well, since the Imperials really don't like much in the way of variety, how about a second ISD release with a totally different set of cards? Thrawn? Piett? Some other shiny gubbins?

It's not like we don't have multiple Falcons, TIE Bombers, TIE Fighters and who knows how many other FFG products with multiple incarnations.

Rebs and Empire have the same number of squads. Don't they?

Unless I misplaced some cards, the Imps have 2 more unique officers than Rebels.

I don't think FFG will even the amount of ships. It's only off by 1. The squads are even, as well as commanders. I don't think it is a huge deal. I consider the extra ship to be the Neb, because you don't see a non-Yavaris one run anymore, unless you're some kind of hipster trying to break the status quo.

With future waves this will be less of an issue because there will be so many options.

Uh, just a thought: the Empire has a regimented military. Not a ton of capital ships to be found when the ISD is versatile and effective. The rebels, on the other hand need to scrape their forces together. Definitely more variety to be found.

If FFG wants to release to us a movie accurate ISD model with additional titles and maybe ISD exclusive upgrades, I'd accept this over getting new large ships.

As it stands the only other large Imp ships are all based off the ISD frame anyway.

Instead of new models why not card and dial packs? I would love to see Thrawn (as mentioned elsewhere) Zsinj, and the like. Maybe a customizable card to trick out an ISD? That would be trippy.
