Finn's card say "You can include Red Villain Weapons and Vehicles in your deck."

Am I allowed to put other Red Weapons and Vehicles in the deck or am I limited to only Villain cards with this?

Example: Black One is a Red Hero Vehicle. Could I include this in a deck with Finn if I do not use any red characters?

I also had this question. It seems that the answer would be no, especially since it's only vehicles and equipment, and not red cards in general. AKA not red support or event cards. BUT, that means the Rey starter deck is very illegal and carries a good bit of cards that can't be used until you get a red hero character card. This is currently really limiting on what I can do with the cards that I have. Some clarification would be really helpful.

The only red card in the rey starter is a villain weapon so how is it illegal? to answer the original question you can only add red villain weapon and vehicle cards with finn. To add any other red cards you need a red character
